Saying or doing something that is offensive, but it is simply a notification of no regrets on your part and intend to do so again.

Meaning won’t do it again , a word someone would use to apologize when said or did something to hurt someone .
Example : sorry I snuck out the house I won’t do it again
To own up to what you did to someone.
“I’m sorry i made you feel bad about yourself.”
Meaning that they're not really sorry, they're just saying that so you can leave them alone.
