It is part of the dystopian and authoritarian goal of the Great Reset, among also banning constant meat consumption and fossil fuel, unless of course you are wealthy or one of the elites, then you will be able to live your life comfortably and normally while everybody else suffers.

Pretty good, or at least decent, but far from the best ever. Usually about a 6 out of 10, but can be used figuratively to mean much worse.
