The Luca Effect is often a momentary effect where the vast majority of the persons common sense disappears. Instead of having common sense, they come across as stupid or even as retarded. It is named after Luca who can go from a legendary mathematician to a full set 8 fucktard. If you experience this effect, please seek help as we are still investigating Luca's case of this effect. He experiences a brutal case of the Luca Effect on a daily basis, and that is why we have to investigate him.
