A position in Grid Iron (or American Football) who lines up directly behind the Quarterback. The Quarterback can hand the ball off to the Running Back or "Sweep" (footy pass) it to the player. The Running Back then tries to rush the ball upfield and score.

When someone offers up a high five and you give them the back of your hand instead of the palm. Could also be described as a "half a five."
A team scores and some dude says "high five man!" then as you are giving the high five turn your hand around to give the "back five." Maybe because you want to be cool with that person (not leave them hanging) but you're just not into it - it's like a weak high-five or a half-high-five.
When you are a girl and always going to be in the friendzone because you are such good friends with the guys. It's as opposed to being a lady in the front, which everyone knows is the position where the girlfriend sits when the guy drives.
