Trump is a strange man with a corn husk glued on top of his otherwise bald head. The wonder at this corn husk somehow amassed him a large enough following to become president of the US.
Person 1: Woah dude, who's that man with a corn husk glued to his head?
Person 2: Oh, that's Trump.
Anyone who is selfish, petty, greedy, cruel, bigoted, and/or willfully ignorant.
Also, the act of being that way is trumping, and being a victim of said behavior is being trumped.
My boss is trumping hard today.
I've been trumped by that horrible person.
