If it doesn't run steel it doesn't deserve brass

A term used in the firearm industry by enthusiasts to express their feelings on firearms and ammunition choice. Steel case ammunition is generally seen as lower quality compared to its brass brethren. This term is used to describe firearms that cannot reliably use the aforementioned steel cased ammunition and needs brass cased ammunition to function properly.

Person 1: "My AR-15 doesn't cycle Steel case ammo right."
Person 2: "Just buy better ammo"
Person 1: "If it doesn't run steel it doesn't deserve brass. I need something that will work no matter what I have."

jet fuel can't melt steel memes

A spin off of the phrase "jet fuel can't melt steel beams," referring to the tragedy of 9/11 where conspirators say that it must have been an inside job for this reason. To shame this phrase, it has become a meme of sorts and people use it jokingly. The replacement of the word "beams" to "memes" was simply further fuckery with the phrase.

"We shall now bow our heads in a moment of silence for those who lost their lives on this tragic day."
*voice in the crowd* "Jet fuel can't melt steel memes ,"

*conspirators chanting* "inside job. Inside job. Inside job. Inside job..."

Double-Edge Blue Steel Song

Well pre-dating the Blue Steel look of Zoolander fame, this phrase refers to something entirely unrelated: a song of such depressing mood and portent that it could, figuratively speaking, drive you to put a double-edge blue steel razor blade to a very unhealthy use.

God, I am so depressed by this break-up, I just sat at home last night listening to Double-Edge Blue Steel songs.

Jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams

That "jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams" is a conspiracy theory based on 9/11. The name gives it away but it basically means the planes did not singlehandledly bring the towers down but someone had made them vulnerable on beforehand. There's also a conspiracy theory based on the twin towers not being built with steel beams in order to save money. "Jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams" is often associated with George Bush since he was the USA president at the time.

Brandon: 9/11 was such a tragic
Robert: It wasn't an incident, jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams!

Jet fuel can't melt steel beams

A common statement by idiots who think 9/11 was an inside job. They say that the Twin Towers shouldn't have collapsed because jet fuel can't melt the steel beams that the towers were made out of. Although it's true that jet fuel can't melt steel beams, the Towers Collapsed because the steel beams were weakened from the fire, not melted. The conspiracy theorists are too retarded to realize this fact.

Idiot: 9/11 was an inside job done by George Bush!
Smart person: No it wasn't you fucking dipshit
Idiot: But... but jet fuel can't melt steel beams!
Smart person: The jet didn't melt the steel, it weakened it. Do more research, moron.

Jet fuel can't melt through steel beams!

1. When you are arguing with someone who has a seemingly air-tight argument and you blow a load of philological wisdom into his argument.

2. any kind of come back.

3. A literary ejaculation

Joe: 9/11 was clearly the work of Osama bin Laden (and proceeds to show you undeniable proof) Zack: Oh Yeah, well Jet fuel can't melt through steel beams!

Pat: WTF you ate all of my Nutella!

Asshole who ate his Nutella: WTF dude, Jet fuel can't melt through steel beams ergo I did not eat your Nutella

Chemistry teacher: Mr. Erickson will you please tell the class why covalent bonding is different than ionic bonding.

Andrew: Uh because Jet fuel can't melt through steel beams.

If it doesn't run steel it doesn't deserve brass

A cope and excuse for those blindsided by the ammo shortages of 2020, as they did not maintain a good supply of quality ammunition for their rifles, and now must resort to buying steel cased ammo as all the quality brass type have been picked clean.

"If it doesn't run steel it doesn't deserve brass" Doesn't need an example, you know who you are, stop buying bad quality ammunition
