Shop-ocalypse

Its a term to describe the coming shop-ocalypse of the 22nd of December 2012. When the world fails to end on the 21st of December 2012 as the Mayans predicted people will go out Christmas shopping en masse to shop for stuff they should have bought before the 21st. This will lead to the deaths of thousands of individuals trampled to death in the ensuing chaos. This event will become known as the the shop-ocalypse of 2012.

Ted didn't die in the Shop-ocalypse because he got his Christmas shopping done before the Shop-ocalypse.

Big Shop

"Big Shop" Is used for getting all your shopping done in one big go (Only Going Once) Some people think it is doing it all in little bit's in one day, witch it is not true.

Time to do a Big Shop, Once there once back, easy as pie.

The act of going into every store you want to work in and asking for a job. Usually practiced by teenagers during vacation.

Bob: Hey want to come over later? I was thinking we could go to the mall and make fun of tourists, maybe buy some stuff.

gopher shopping

When a completely inept person, sends an equally inept person (or gopher), to do their own shopping. Often, the gopher can be observed standing in the middle of the store, yapping on a cell phone with the person who subsequently sent them. Screaming out a variety of sizes, colours, and prices.

"That customer doesn't seem to know what she wants."

"Of course she doesn't. She's gopher shopping."
