A porcine whore is like a pig whore. Porcine means- Of or resembling swine or a pig. It's like calling someone a whore or a pig yet when used together it is more offensive.

Usually used in a detrimental or playful manner by friends who obviously want to do something more interesting. Especially pertinent in the case where that particular friend's girlfriend is on the larger side.
