A phrase used in reference of famous rapper P-Diddy
“No Diddy” is very similar to the phrase “No Homo” or “No gay shit”
This is from the controversy of P-Diddy’s sexuality, many from his audience suspect he could be bi/homosexual, because of videos including the way he talks to his friends, and allegations of him trying to convert them into homosexuals.
Guy 1: “Ay bro, you tryna come party with me tonight. no diddy.”

It is the replacement for no homo and pause. In 2024 a rapper named Diddy did some foul things. So now this is it.
