The Scooby Snack was created with counteractive agents to keep Godking Shaggy's abilities in check while undergoing a secret alias of a "dog treat" remaining virtually undetectable and inefective to the general populace. Despite constant and unstable power fluctuations still occurring, without the Scooby snack, matter and anti-matter would come into contact with deadly force at 20% alone due to the nature of his raw power. This physical plane of existence would tear in two causing the destruction of the universe in seconds.
