Silver Permanganate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula AgMnO4. It decomposes when heated or mixed with water, and heating to high temperature may lead to explosion. The compound is used in gas masks. It has a crystal-like purplish or a grey power appearance.

A vast majority of silver hatters are infact trolls. They get a buzz by role playing about these conspiracies which catch the attention of 12 year olds who take it all seriously and in turn make silly youtube videos stating 'facts' by scientists and ex CIA agents and who what not.

Adj. It is a insult that is told to a player (or players) of a game called Counter-Strike Global Offensive. It means to be upset that you are at the lowest sector in the rank system in the game (AKA Silver) because you are bad and horrible at the game. This insult is normally told in lower ranks, where the Gold Novas will toxically attack the Silvers because they are a few ranks higher than them and want to boost their egos.
