when someone is trying to enter a list of numbers and is taking a really long time.
jeez, that was a mono cap for sure.
This is seen mainly in Xbox gamertags. People will make a gamertag such as xXxLeGiTsNiPeRxXx, which has rotating caps. This is basically when there is a word or phrase that alternates between lowercase and uppercase letters.
Jeff: Hey add me on Xbox Live
John: Alright, what's your gamertag?
Jeff: xXxLeGiTsNiPeZxXx
John: ... are you serious...
Jeff: What?
John: You have rotating caps in your gamertag...
Jeff: 1v1 me!

In game players can max out on a currency called caps (bottle caps)
Yo bro how was the party last night?
"max caps bro"
You see that?! (something awesome!)
