A prissy/selfish whore who has a large group of followers. She is the Rat Queen, and all of her rat subjects (friends) are at her every beck and call. The Rat Queen is often lazy and expects her rat subjects to bring her food and other resources, while she sits upon a bed of plush pillows and soft animals.
Friend A: Why are you rushing?
Friend B: Yo, my girl Jenn be a real Rat Queen.
Friend A: What?
Friend B: She just sitting at home with her Hello Kitty dolls, impatiently waiting for me to bring her fried chicken, and hand feed it to her.

2) A female who participates in destructive and unsafe behavior, despite the cost. Typically, these individuals are teens or young adults, but they can be any age.

B: Think about it: she takes tons of drugs, drinks like a fish, has sex with everything she sees, and chain smokes. Do you think that crash queen is gonna live long enough for you to date her?
