Did you know?

The question used right before making a reference to something. Usually answered sarcastically because the individual being asked already knew the answer or fact. Can be asked in a serious or sarcastic manner but in most cases the individual is serious when asking.

Caroline: Did you know?
Luis: Know what?
Caroline: That Morgan goes to state.
Luis: (Sarcastically) No way! Really? Since when?!

I Know Jose

-a term commonly used by party, wedding, barbecue or any type of event crashers that try to join a private Spanish gathering.

-"I know Jose" is used because it is very effective & believable since damn near every Spanish family has somebody named Jose in their familia.

-Used by the event crasher when faced with questions to see if they really were invited or if they are just free loading.

-If continuing questions are asked as to how do you know Jose, describe how you met him at a
1- Bodega (if in NY)
2- he sold you icys on the beach (if in Fl),
3- in jail (if in Cali)
4- he sold you weed (if in Chicago)
5- or he did some yard work for you (for everywhere else).

John Dope - Hey nice party huh?

Old Lady - Excuse me for being rude but who are you & who invited you?

John Dope - Its cool. I know how strangers like to crash parties & stuff. Dont worry Im not one of them, cuz I KNOW JOSE

Old Lady - Really? Ive heard that one before

John Dope - No really, I know Jose. He sold me that good sticky icky weed. It gave me the munchies for days.

Old Lady - Thats my Jose, I cant front. He has some good weed.

know-it-all wannabe

Someone who claims to have an advanced knowledge of a subject they actually know little or nothing about.

Person 1: "Hey, have you see the newest episode of House?"
Person 2: "Uh... yeah, it was awesome."
Person 1: "Have you ever even seen the show?"
Person 2: "Umm... sure... I've like... seen every episode."
Person 1: "Dude, stop being such a know-it-all wannabe."

I know right?

An arrogant idiom used by insecure people to pretend they already know whatever it is someone tells them.

Widely confused with a request for affirmation, the question "right" is an attempt to bully the other person.

The idiom demands that everyone agree that "I know" because there is nothing you can say the insecure "I know right" idiot does not already know, right?

There is a giizzly bear sneaking up behind you...

"I know right?"

I just discovered the answer to P=NP.

"I know right?"

I named my baby Mary. You are the first person I told.

"I know right?"

Your zipper is down.

"I know right?"
