(UK slang) Being homeless; spending the night on sleeping on the street, as opposed to a shelter. Also "rough sleeping".
After running away from home, Chelsea spent several months sleeping rough before finding someone to share a flat with.

This is an example of squaring two consecutive, identical words:
Sleeping Bag² meaning a sleeping bag bag.
ie, the bag a sleeping bag is stored in.
When spoken it is standard to say 'squared' rather than 'to the power of 2' or the traditional long form 'sleeping bag bag'.
Putting such words to a power is a handy method in short hand.
'Eugh, someone has spilt lager all over my Sleeping Bag²'

When your cell phone is on Silent or Vibrate mode, and you fall asleep.
Person 1: I was calling you all last night why didn't you ever pick up?

Sleep Math is usually only done when you know you have to get up early, wished you could just sleep in, and are stressing because you're afraid you might not get enough sleep.
With a normal, not exhausted brain, you could probably do this math in your head. However, since you are tired you have to go back to how you did math as a child, counting on fingers.
(Couple intended to go to bed 'early' this particular night, and instead, stayed up way late talking & watching old episodes of The Sopranos.)
After finally brushing teeth and getting ready for bed, girl notices guy using his fingers to count something, like this 30+ man is all of sudden a 5 year old--
Girl to Guy--"You must be doing Sleep Math"

The lined indentations on your body that you have when you wake up. They disappear in a short amount of time after waking up. Sleeping scars are absolutely harmless and have no effect on you.
I must have slept wrong, because I have all these sleeping scars.
