Center of much controversy, beginning with his military record, then suspicious mishandled counts that won him the election by only 500 votes in his brother's state, then with his extended vacations prior to 9-11, his response to 9-11 and the ensuing War in Iraq, and finally alleged connections with the 527 group SwiftBoat Veterans for Truth, an ANti-Kerry agency. also the butt of many jokes because of his difficulty with speaking. Instated the No Child Left Behind policy, as well as the controversial Patriot Act, and is well known for his tax cuts and support of the proposed gay marriage ammendment.
