shit on the street

A term used to describe the surprising, yet amusing action of someone, who is out and about on the street, getting out a mat with the image of a kitten on it, crouching down and proceeding to shit on it as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

"Oh dear, look at him taking a shit on the street!"

Williams Street

Williams Street is home the godfather of couch potatos. Filled with warehouses of "Star Wars", "Star Trek", "Thunder Cats" (ect ect action figures(i.e. dolls)). The locals would often beat off to pictures of Celebrity nipple slips for hours on end, until they would come up with Amazing idea for TV shows that would soon be replaced with crap like the Tim & Eric show or Saul of the molemen.

"did you see that crap Williams Street replaced "The Boondocks" with?
"Oh my god, Williams Street dropped "Venture Bros" for more of that dog squeeze called "12oz Mouse"!!!

street smart

The general definition of street smart is someone who is intelligent, has good common sense, knows how to handle bad situations, and has the skills necessary to function where they live (usually the ghetto or the streets). However, the term is usually used to contrast and compare with another term known as "book smart".

The stereotype of a street smart person is someone who is intelligent and knows how to handle important situations in the streets but is not as well-educated academically. However, the stereotype of a book smart person is someone who is upper-class and well educated but less knowledgeable when it comes to handling important situations faced in bad neighborhoods and lower-class city areas.

The more extreme and negative stereotypes are that street smart people are unintelligent and incapable of achieving a higher education, while book smart people are naive, easily manipulated, and have bad judgment in bad situations.

Both stereotypes aren't always true and any semblance of them are only due to different lifestyles and experiences.

Josh: Are you sure me and Jason will get along? Jason is street smart and I'm book smart. We will probably be very different from each other.

Mike: Nah, don't worry. Jason may be street smart but he is also book smart. I'm sure you two will have a lot in common.

J Street

Frequently encountered place of business/entertainment. Widely accepted place, generally known and talked of; a party widely and favorably known pursued with intense enthusiasm lasting over one or more nights at a residence : many activities exceeding the limits of reason or necessity : lacking in moderation, balance, and restraint : often extremely or excessively elaborate.

It has been attempted by half of the J Street crew to re-create J Street on Route 9 but it has proven to be an impossible task. Without the same people and atmosphere any bender duplicated, pales in comparison to the benders at the one and only infamous J Street.

grape street

Infamous Crips set in the Watts district of Los Angeles, California. They are distinctive for wearing purple as well as traditional Crip blue.

They have bad blood with the Bounty Hunter Bloods and the PJ Crips, after a truce started in '92 broke down in 2000. An unusual situation has developed where the Bounty Hunter Bloods and PJ Crips assist one another against the Grape Streets.

β€œThat’s about the craziest shit I ever heard. The PJs and the Bounty Hunters teaming up against Grape Street. Crips and Bloods teaming up to go at Crips.” - Big Cat, Rollin' 60's Crips

street pop

As defined by twentyeighthavenue.com/streetpop/ :

Street Pop is an art movement. It’s happening right now.

A common movement, with artwork for everyone. Toys, print runs, editions. A movement born of enjoyment. If you make it fun, you make a ton. Bright colors! Gray tones! Glow-in-the-Dark! Whatever you want! The rich and the poor are both the lucky: this movement is one from the street: graffiti is the love. Graffiti is a bad word only to those lost in the old tradition. Paint for everyone, paint for the enjoyment! For that, enjoyment, you can live your life! All things included! Lifestyles designed and available by people who want the world fun and wild!

Street Pop has love for those that love Street Pop. Street Pop is real and realistic, because it is born of the commoner, and the artist who keeps their art beautifully common : is the winner.

These new Dunny are completely street poppin, i am feeling the street pop right here.

That tag is not street pop, but that giant mural of a rabbit is. See what I'm saying? No! *punch in the face*

Kid Robot is a Street Pop generator and turnpike.

Culture Jam and Street Poppin / I've got a new way of popping and locking.
