"private message" me. Usually in a chat room where there are public messages, but you can send private messages to specific individuals. different from im me... which is "instant message" me. i.e. yahoo im, aol im, msn im.
To try someone is to test their patience, intelligence, and/or worth. In other words, you're testing their limitations in a way that's deemed offensive and/or antagonizing.
“That bitch tried me when she touched my stuff.”

An immediate invitation for you to make out with the person who said the phrase.

Keeping up with someone, as in if you're in a relationship with someone, and you're "checking for them" then you're calling them and spending time with them, or otherwise paying attention to them.
Now that we've broke up, you don't have to check for me at all.
Feel me is a term used to see if someone understands what you are talking about.
