Penis theory is a catch phrase used when a male person does something, says something, or just behaves in a certain way that is attributable to nearly ALL men. These actions and behaviors are usually pointless, without significance, or increase stress or work and most females would never act this way. This phrase is most often used in a negative aspect by females in response to these frustrating behaviors exhibited by men.

A theory created by Hungarian pornographer Aleksendar Andon aka "Downing", that states that in order for a pornographic film to captivate the audience's attention, the introductory scene must start off with some kind of softcore foreplay (ie. caressing, touching, talking, etc.) before moving into the hardcore. According to Downing, doing otherwise would "upset the flow of the film, making the film lack a consistent tempo, and ruining its realism". The Downing Theory was introduced to the Eastern European porn underground in the 2006 Spring edition of the Hungarian porn magazine "Buda-Sex" (Buda being short for Budapest, the capitol of Hungary).
In order to make this film commercial, we must implement the Downing Theory before getting into the main scenes.

The new SPOILER ALERT. After the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic where the majority of the theories deemed to be conspiracy actually happened or were proven to be true, the word got its new meaning since those theories being called "conspiracy theory" will probably happen a couple of months later.

When a teacher gets laid the night before and comes in to the lesson doing unexpected acts of niceness or easy work/group role plays. However, if they have not been laid, they will come into the lesson and be very grouchy, often leading to students being sent out for minor things.
Person 1: Why are we doing role plays in a Business lesson?
