Despite Art Modell moving the team to Baltimore in 1995, the NFL compensated Cleveland by giving them a new expansion franchise in 1999. Cleveland Browns fans are some of the most dedicated and die-hard individuals on the planet and wait longingly for the day the Browns return to glory.
