From me eyes deh at me knees means since someone was a kid. Literally since their eyes were at their knees.
I've been hearing about that old man from my eyes deh at me knees. This expression paints the picture of how you have grown a lot, comparing the height you were as a kid to how you are now.

The Dundee dialect was formed in the loud jute mills of the Victorian-era 19th century. The I's are turned into an 'eh' sound, so I'm becomes Ehm. This is unique and peculiar to Dundee. The phrase and song "dee til eh deh" uses local Dundonian dialect words (spelt phonetically) and is used by Dundee FC fans to express their support. It is also found on the back of the current Dundee FC 23-24 season SPFL home shirt.
