Money that your employer grants you will traveling so you can drink alcohol liberally. Employer's province this entitlement to relieve stress derived from travel, bosses, co-workers, etc.

Going out of town sucks, by at least I can drink $40 of per diem to make up for it.

nisse-per

Derived from swedish name's nisse and per, created to sound silly. It first appeared during a LAN-gaming night playing Serious Sam where one of the players, playing the pirate, took the name nisse-per.
Later it has become synonym with Kankuro's, from Naruto, doll and the grammatically incorrect "sin kompis" meaning Kankuro.
