When a streamer views their channel as much bigger than it actually is.
They act like lots of viewers is a given - and not earned by having skills, or an entertaining personality.
The way they stream changes drastically when they have fewer viewers than what they expect.
They tend to act like their viewers aren't worth their time, and show no signs of gratitude, and act very arrogant towards people generally.
Their biggest goal is to climb the ladder, and gain fame by clout-chasing bigger streamers
P1: Hey, this streamer is ranting about not having many viewers, and they won't even thank people for subscribing.
P2: Yeah, dude. He has Small Big Streamer Syndrome ("SBSS" for short) its sad really.
Referring to American people who have an impression of themselves and their country as being some how superior to the rest of the world. It is an ethnocentric belief that their culture, politics, economics, society and generally all aspects of the country as so amazingly awesome. Thus, the behaviour of someone who has a big dick. It is also the attitude for which Americans are often disliked by other nations and groups of people around the world. Rather than take a humble, helping, culturally sensitive approach to interaction with other people and international relations; the big dick syndrome often causes tensions with other peoples due to how non-Americans are assumed to be wrong or inferior. Also includes a denial of any possibility of making a mistake and an inability to apologize - leading to a lack of credibility and faith in the US by other peoples. The sydrome comes in part from the belief that the military's might is sufficient to over-rule any opposition. This might is used often in contrary to the principles of democracy, self determination and freedom which the country was founded upon.
American Big Dick Syndrome has been demonstrated in Iraq, Vietnam, the alleged "fair-trade" (two for me, none for you) much of Latin American politics, ignoring the United Nations, etc.

Too Big Penis syndrome A.k.a. the TBP-syndrome.
A condition a man with a large penis may almost always develop up to some level.
The general key-symptom for men with TBP-syndrome is that they often fale to really make any real genuine effort in keeping their partner happy and pleased- Besides perhaps sexually of course!
Basically: They don't really Care - because they don't really Have to!
May in EXTREME cases(!) lead to a severe lack of important qualities in personality, sometimes missing one all together (In which case these men may be good for One thing, but then only that(!)... as beyond quite boring)!
Important to keep in mind though: NOT ALL men with big dicks develop this syndrome!!!!
However, it IS more or less common for well hung men to obtain Some form of classical TBP-syndrome behaviour, even though more often in a moderate form.
Intensity may correlate with size of penis.
