When a woman stretches the ball sac of a man, and bites into the nut sac, causing the man to experience pain, so much so that he experiences blinkage. The woman then bites his testicles to release semen. The mixing of the semen, and blood, result in a gooey pink liquid.
*note* This act often leads to infections and the male participant often losing or having their semen production reduced. The male also often passes out from pain during or soon after the act.

When talking to multiple persons on AIM, you confuse one buddy's blinking window with another's...Thus creating a blinky mixup. Used most frequently when one conversation is extremely important, and one is more relaxed and care free. The important one being the one that did not blink, and the carefree one being the one that did.
