When a guy wearing a polo shirt throws his collar up. Can be double-gassed when wearing two polo shirt, one on top of the other, and both collar are up.

1. To confuse or "lose" someone.
2. To trick or fool.
The term refers to drag racing where if someone loses alot of ground on the get-go. The person ahead "gassed" him by pressing the pedal first.
