A Mcdonalds sandwich created the same way as the original Mcgangbang (placing a Mcchicken in between the patties of a Mcdouble) with the added awesome of Bigmac sauce on the Mcdouble.
Guy 1: Hey man, wanna go to Mcdonalds?

KING OF THE MCCGANGBANG is where you take a bigmac and a whopper and 1 mcchicken and 1 chicken sandwich from BK and you put those in between the bigmac and the whopper and then deep fry it.
Bigmac: Yo whopper we are bout to become a "King of the McGangbang"
Whopper: It hurts It hurts ( as he is dipped into oil)
