Hate speech

(formerly free speech) A term used typically by a left leaning individual to dismiss an argument they do not like or can't think of a rebuttal for. If you cannot be proven right with logic, reducing your opponent's argument and character is a good way to come out virtuous and save face. Continuing to label things as hateful reduces the idea space of things you need to comprehend, making it easier to recite answers for arguments you don't have a fully formed opinion on. Reducing language is the best way to limit the amount of things you need to learn. If quantum mechanics class was too difficult, simply label it hate speech and there's no need to learn the formulas!

Speech Game

At a function (wedding/formal dinner etc) one person writes a set of predictable words/phrases that could be used in the speech/speeches that are about to be given on a piece of paper, rips the paper up and hands a word/phrase to every person at the table. When such words or phrases are used in the speech, the person with that piece of paper has to drink/down an alcoholic beverage.

This is hilarious if everyone takes part and great for lightening up a dull speech.

Best Man: I'm so glad that you two are going to be so HAPPY together
Person 1: Who's got 'Happy'?
Person 2: Me
Person 1: CONSUME!
*Person 2 drinks*
Person 1: I love the Speech Game!

Tate Speech

When someone is being so absurdly provocative and based (usually in the form of a videotaped rant) the entire dialogue can only be described as "Tate Speech."

Freedom of Speech

In short, Amendment I.

Freedom of speech is the most abused freedom. After its ravaging, the law has been set down so that free speech is suppressed.

"People need to be more responsible with freedom of speech."

"This site is the best example of free speech. ^_^ It's a nice site where you can define words as you please."

Gaming Speech

You see..I love gaming. I love walk-off homers & head shots, drifting the turn at 100 mph, & boss battles with a 600 ft greek god who may or may not be your father.

Gaming is having a Ridiculously Huge TV while living in a tiny one-room apartment!

Gaming is staying up until 3 AM to earn a trophy/achievement that isn't real...but is!

Gaming is Girls who know that the way to a mans heart is through a Melee attack!

Every gamer is a true gamer. Motion gamers, siting gamers, and even though we may pledge fanboy allegiance under separate flags deep down inside we all serve one master, one king! And his name is, Gaming! FOREVER MAY HE REIGN!

Man you hear that Gaming Speech at E3?
