Verb. Bothering, nagging, crushing, extreme care/occupation with someone you are jealous or in love with. What someone does when they have a deep crush on you, that it becomes annoying. In love, obsessed with another so much to a fault. The person stating it disrespects, dismisses the person who sweats them.

The Sweats

Stalker slang for giving someone the jitters, in effect making them sweat, by acting odd in a subtle unnerving way which doesn't initiate a confrontation but is clearly targeted. Usually in a public place where fellow stalkers have placed themselves to provide an apparently oblivious audience.
