Dick move is an action in wich you were or have been "a dick" to another individual. Dick move santa refers to the receiving of cloths or other items not deemed acceptable by a child. Presumably from Santa who was at the time being "a dick".
Bill: Hey bro you know that girl you were trying to hook up with at the club?
Wayne: Yeah?
Bill: Well I picked her up after you left.
Wayne: Dick move santa
Leaving an upset and/or emotional female with nothing but a flash of your penis.

Magnus Carlsen is the best chess player in the world. After losing a match against a significantly lesser player, Hans Niemann, Magnus withdrew from the tournament. Middle school drama ensued as people began to speculate that Magnus was implicitly calling Hans a cheater.
It's a dick move to withdraw from the cup like that; it's basically unheard of since Bobby Fischer.
An event similar to a plot twist in the Chicago One franchise directed by Dick Wolf, hence the name.
