A frequently used term in business today, indicating: adaptability, speed, adjusting one's approach at a fast pace, in a reactive-, as well as proactive manner, on demand of one's employer/the labour-market

We are looking for an agility as a main trait for the new co-worker to join our team.

A method of gaslighting used for IT project workers.
