A person of Puerto Rican and American caucasion or white heritage. A person who may have been the offspring of a Puerto Rican father, and a white mother, or the offspring of a white father and a Puerto Rican mother. Either way - a person born with either the best of both worlds, or the worst of both worlds or a combination of both. A person who is constantly asked if he/she can make Puerto Rican food.
