Ara Ara means "oh my" in Japanese used by: shinobu mostly
A term used my tsukishima kei in the popular Anime show Haikyuu!! . He uses the phrase Ara Ara Gomen sarcastically, gomen in Japanese is the improper/informal way of apologizing. Ara Ara in Japanese is a way of saying oh my or oh dear. Tsukishima being the salty bitch he is said it sarcastically just to get under everyone’s skin.
Ex. Good way to apologize:
tadashi: GOMEN TSUKI🥺! Tsukishima: Ara Ara Gomen😏

Anti-Racist Action. A loosely organized group of street punks who like to protest aginst racist groups. They claim to be "fighting fascism," but really they just enjoy brawling with racists and cops. It's something to do on a Saturday, with a bit of an adrenaline rush. They're like soccer hooligans, basically.

The name of someone who typically is hard to get a read on. Typically, has an accent of some middle eastern region, and usually is skeptical of American norms. He is a nice guy who, the kids might say, is not pushing p, nor slanging 380. He is not him, but he is definitely a guy you would want to know.
