When someone consumes so much alcohol on school grounds, that they pass out and get sent to the hospital, but not expelled.

"Dude! Thomas was so drunk at lunch!"
"Yeah, I heard he Banked"

The Bank

The individual in a drug organization who ends up managing most of the money. This ultimately leads to The Bank running other legit operations such as real estate development, restaurants, bars, and other establishments. The Bank will also use organization money to pay for drug packages, but because of these other legit businesses, the money gets laundered through enough straight investments that there is no way to trace it. The Bank will never touch the package either. Thus, The Bank becomes untouchable by the police.

It appears stringer has become The Bank, that means theres no way we're gonna be able to charge him.
