Blackwashing is a non existent term made by colorist, chronically online white people to hate on people who make black/blasian edits.
Chronically online user: Thats blackwashing!
Me: Blackwashing doesnt exist..
Something that doesn't exist, because nothing ever turns black by washing. So more appropriate terms for the act of turning white characters black would be "blackpolluting", "blacksmutting" or "blackstaining".
BLM-Activist: "Blackwashing doesn't exist you bigot."
