The despair that fills your face when you take the first bite is masked by the primitive feeling of hunger, forcing you to accept the fateful bite that you take. Surpassing the normal limits of feeling full when eating in a school or work cafeteria that contains an open buffet. Going back for 4ths and 5ths are assumed.
I don't think I can eat for the rest of the day. That 5th slice of pizza made me cafeteria full.
