That memo is full of memo ness, such a tard.
A written work designed to to encourage, support, or countenance by aid or approval, usually in wrongdoing, immoral acts, which is produced in order to obtain favors or wealth.
An attempt to undermine all that is honorable about a nation and it's people, all for the sake of a cushy job and a home in a gated community.
The author of said works may later feign remorse for his behavior, while never relinquishing the privileges he gained through his authorship.

A girl (or group of girls), who like to take notes on everyone's business. Might be referred to as a "nosy bitch". They are constantly into everyone's drama and like to instigate.
