Haircut that is short on top, shaved on the sides and long in the back. Variations may include greasy/ jerrycurl in the long-back part.
But the culprit is mostly always white trash, may wear a gold chain on top of their wool sweater and is most likely to be spotted in a Wal-Mart store or county fair/ garbage dump (most likely looking for relatives).
