The department that manages human capitol. Similar to a human Resource department except that the Consumable Resource department is one in a corporation where people are used, abused, bullied by managers with senior management approval. The department that manages human capitol in a company that works people extra long hours with low wages.
I just had my performance review by Consumable Resources and they cut my pay and raised my hours again.

A department of company put in charge of exploiting staff to the highest return-to-wage ratio.
This goal is usually carried out without actually expanding the employee's capabilities, but by either raising workload or lowering wages instead.
The Inhuman Resource department directed the serf to the production line, where she would spend 10 hours a day inserting microchips into the circuit boards.
