A person that comes from a low income area and is of little education, can be refered to as a "Salisbury Steakin' ass bitch" if they insult you or say something stupid. At times used interchangeably with the term "Ratchet". The origin is due to the seemingly endless love for Salisbury Steak that the hood exhibits.
