Stands for "drunk bitch" but can also sometimes sub as "dumb bitch" or "douchebag" or anything suitable. Can be used as any part of speech (verb, noun, pronoun, adjective, adverb, etc.) Used to label stupid moments that typically happens under the influence of alcohol, but oddly occurs when sober too.

Dumb Bitch Syndrome, people who suffer from this tend to stick to a point regardless of how stupid they sound or are put down by others. Common side effects are horrible aim, a failure to understand common knowledge, failure to realize the law of physics in that liquids cannot pass through a solid.
Most commonly found in blondes; however, cases of dbs is most severe in brunettes
