CDS was originally founded as a pet store in Manila, Philippines in 1974. In 1993, CDS reincorporated in mainland California as a space weapons technology engineering subcontractor. Ted’s famous and most popular catchphrase was “CDS, this is Ted.”
Ted arguably donated his life to CDS for the animals of today and the future.
