Used to refer between black people or wiggers to refer to each other.
Sometimes used between an akward white person and a black person. Usually ends with white guy feeling stupid.
As opposed to "nigger." Nigger is a derogatory term mistaken as positive.
Nigga, however is used positively between black people. A twisting of the original word to remove the negative view.
White Guy-"Yo, wat be up, my nigga?"
Black Guy-"Fuck you, dipshit."
Wrong-"Damn, you see that nigger, Jethro? He had some mighty fine and proper bling."
Right-"Yo, nigga, why you playin me like dat'?

A term that was once used to degrade people of African American decent. It is now a common word that is accetable my means of getting someones attention or in greeting. You are only allowed to say it if you are black. If you are not, you are labled as a racit.

Nigga is a word that black African American rappers come up during the Gangster Rap era it was mainly for a shock and awe and became the choice word for black gangs. Black people are the only ones able to call their friends that but white people can't say it or they would get a beat down
