fantastic beasts and where to find them

A movie where "Newt" (Eddie Redmayne) wrecks New York by losing his shit (the fantastic beasts). And there were never even any wizards in America anyways! What the hell David Yates.

Did you see Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them? It was... interesting.

I can fix her/him/them

This mistaken humanistic view of reality is quite like the story of The Frog and the Scorpion β€” BUT FOR REAL!!!!!

The mistaken belief that a one’s love and understanding can change another person’s personality and character. A person who has demonstrably driven several people crazy while in tempestuous toxic relationships. A more contemporary approach to relationships and relating that ignores traditional conventional wisdoms like:

*** Once a cheater always a cheater.
*** you can’t turn a whore into a house wife.
*** Peter Pan will never grow up.
*** People do not change.
*** If they will do it with you; they will do it to you.
*** If they mistreat a waiter or waitress they will mistreat you.

Ignoring the wisdom and experience of an entire culture, the optimistic lover proclaims: β€œI can fix him/her/them”.

Understanding that this is the 21st century, this statement has been updated to include the possibility of chosen pronouns.

1) How many women have entered into extramarital relationships with Herschel Walker thinking, β€œI can fix him”?
2) How many men have entered into a relationship with one of the Kardashian women thinking, β€œI can fix her”?
3) How many women have entered into a relationship with Ellen DeGenerous thinking, β€œI can fix them”?
4) My powers of love and understanding or so strong that I can fix her/him/them.

Take (HIm/Her/Them) to Walnut Street!

the action of cold shouldering former friends or affiliates due to a non-amicable severance of ties. Usually acted out by adults of religious organizations and high school students.

1. I went to church this morning and got Taken to Walnut Street! Nobody talked to me all morning.
2. (girl 1) My boyfriend dumped me! (girl 2) If he comes crawling back, Take him to Walnut Street!
3. Several church members have left us due to differences of opinion with things going on within the organization, so if you see any of these people in day-to-day life, Take (Him/Her/Them) to Walnut Street!

blow them all to Hull

warning: clandestine!!1one!

the dying words of Alec Trvelyan to his friend James, at a facility somewhere over Siberia way, somewhere round there.

'Dying' a misnomer? No. Since giving sound to this clause Trevelyan becomes dead to James, and when he comes back at the park of crumbling stakhonovites he is vitally scarred facewise, his inner turmoil is the big revealed.

At the park Alec T. is in a place where he has had all Hull visisted upon him, alot, ok some of it anyway, all he could ever ask for.

Go ahead James, finish the Job, blow them all to Hull:
