The soren effect is a term used to describe someone with little importance using something as high value to get attention & or make friends.
"Ew he's using money to befriend is this must be the soren effect"
When a character In a show, musical, play, book, movie, etc. is mentioned or seen for a very short period of time, having nearly no impact on the story, but is generally either loved or hated by the entire fandom. Named after Peggy Schuyler, a character from the musical Hamilton.
Because Peggy Schuyler only shows up in one song, yet is seen as an “UwU sawft cinnamon roll” and the majority of the fandom loves her, she is a prime example of The Peggy Effect.
When a past hookup continuously pops up in your life no matter how much time has time past. If you say their name 3 times they will appear sometime in the near future. You will never escape them, even on your wedding day. They will always be there.
