Get blackout drunk. Pass out pants down on the toilets with arms folded on the knees. Process of the “Mark Nap”:
Step 1: Get blasted drunk
Step 2: Blackout
Step 3: Wake up on the potty to find
your knees make a perfect pillow
Step 4: Enjoy the solid morning buzz
from the night before
Step 5: Go back to bed before the
hangover sets in (how could a sleep
lover argue with this wonderful new-
age nap!)
I thought I was going to take it easy tonight but I ended up taking a Mark Nap.
To take a dump before going to sleep. Similarly:
Napping Crap - to wake up with full pants.
Crapping Nap - to fall asleep whilst on the toilet.
Football practice was in 4 hours, so Bob decided that he had more than enough time to Crap And Nap.
After you have a night of drinking and mistakes you take a shower and then nap in your towel to sleep and shower away your shame.
Example: I'm so hung over so I'm going to take a towel nap.
When you're tired enough to take a good 1-3 hour nap, but not tired enough for your sleep to be considered a night's worth.
"Why are you up at 3 AM?"
"I tried to go to sleep at midnight, but I was only nap tired, so I woke up at 2:30, unable to go back to sleep."

2. The sleepy-time after sex (by either party), normally a quick snooze, but could last hours.

or "Wow, I feel so refreshed after that flesh nap!"
A squad nap takes place when you and any number of your group of friends or colleagues decide to go to sleep in unison. Better than a normal nap because of the fact that not only do you get to nap, but you also know that all the bois are having a nap at the same time.
A wholesome activity.
Me and the bois knocked off from work early and had a squad nap before getting on the beers until we threw up last night.
"Squad nap?"
"Yea bro, squad nap"
