Used when one is happy, sad, excited, etc.
Usually used when one is irritated, however.
It is becoming quite a common occurance in the vocabulary of Western Pennsylvanian school students.
Student 1: "You're such a bitch, Haley."
Student 2: "MEH, Caitrin. Mehhhhh."
or
Boyfriend: "Melissa, this just isn't working out."
Girlfriend: "But..But...MEHHH="
Its is a word to either describe someone can be positive negative ot neutral.
If you cant be bothered writing an opinion or are just fed up you would use this word.
It can also be another word for I don't know (IDK) or Can't be assed (CBA)

The word you say when you have nothing else to say, or when you feel "meh" about something. Feeling meh is feeling unsure or confused or not feeling like whatever you are talking about is important.
*awkward silence* "meh."
"I really like that dress!! Do you?" "meh."
Used when you really don't know what to say and/or someone asks you what you think of something and you just think its ok. Or used if you are simply too lazy to say anything else.
