The speed in which a person responds or reacts when they are stoned.
When you're trying to think of an example for stoned speed, then you get stoned speed.
A Stone Stem: a lesbian who gets her pleasure from pleasing her partner. She doesn't need to be touched sexually, but on occasion will allow it of her partner.
Stone Stem: A soft butch that leans towards her femme side for a night of pleasure with her partner.
The principle that the more stoned you are, the more likely normal things around you are to break.
