So if u ask someone "What's poppin' with you". You are asking what is good with that person or what are they doing.

Phrase used commonly in fights. Normally screamed loudly and frequently as said person hops around you and strips. Then you kick his ass.

It means you asking someone what is the temperature outside or inside. Can be "What's the C" for Celsius areas. (Or even K, if you wanted.)
