People's freedom of choices and voices act

A legal statute in Canada that affords a defendants ability to a fair trial. With the invocation of it, defendants are allowed to express themselves at a court level to avoid a mistrial. Some of the most common rights granted by this act are the abilities to smoke and swear in court

Ricky: "Your majesty, I would like to make a request under the People's freedom of choices and voices act that I be able to smoke and swear in your court. If I can't smoke and swear in your court, I can't represent myself at a court level and that's a fuckin' mistrial!"

Judge: "Richard, you have permission to smoke and swear in my courtroom, but please be advised, this is not a carnival."

Resting Bitch Voice (RBV)

\ ˈre-stiΕ‹ bich ˈvΘ―is\

Resting Bitch Voice (RBV) is a colloquialism in the fashion of "Resting Bitch Face (RBF)"

The event occurs when someone says something in a monotone and snarky way without knowing they said it.

One may imagine if a "Karen" started to speak. She may have resting bitch face AND resting bitch voice.

Cory: Why did you do it THAT way?!
Carter: Be careful, you are speaking with Resting Bitch Voice (RBV)

Media/corporate appointed voice

The voice of an entity that tries to speak for other people without anybody requesting to have a voice. Someone there to deprive everyone else of their own voice, but says they want to give everyone a voice by being their voice.

The girl wanted to be the voice of a neighborhood she wasn't even from, which was highly inflammatory to people who really were from there. They didn't feel like they needed a media/corporate appointed voice that wasn't their own.

he had a tremendous singing voice

Expression used of someone detested and now safely dead, to damn them with faint praise. From the 1989 movie version of Batman, directed by Tim Burton.

Joker (Jack Nicholson) on TV address:

Joker here. Now you fellas have said some pretty mean things. Some of which were true, under that fiend Boss Grissom. He was a thief, and a terrorist. On the other hand he had a tremendous singing voice. He's dead now, and he's left me in charge.

typical raspy dora the explorer voice

This is the voices used by all the smaller characters in the show Dora the Explorer. They all seem to be done by the same person, so the difference is in the amount of raspiness involved. These characters include, but are not limited to, Benny the Bull, the angry version of Boots, the grumpy old troll who lives under the bridge, Senor Shush, and more.

The typical raspy dora the explorer voice is quite good and everything, but I think that Swiper the Fox's voice is way better. I'm out like a decent hurricane...latas.

Deep Voiced Women Exterminators

Two girls who talk in deep man voices who exterminate bees and spiders. They love to sing Love Like Woe from The Ready Set in deep voices while they exterminate.

Have you heard of the Deep Voiced Women Exterminators? They sound like men when they kill bees and spiders. That's totally hot.
