Ratchet means "rat shit ghetto." This term originated amongst many Deep South rappers - namely a song by Lil Boosie called "Do Tha Ratchet"on a 2006 album called "United We Stand, Divided We Fall," but had been in other Boosie mixtapes.
Ratchet refers to generally being from the ghetto.
A term used by young engineers to call their Superintendents
Engineer: Man, you ratchet.
Super: I don't even know what that means.

3) Someone who us being used by another person
